Artist statement

All my works revolve around the circle, and all the circleganics¹ I create upon it. Since the beginning of time, the circle has symbolized wholeness, stability, balance, unity, and eternity across civilizations all across the world. Circles shape the nature and universe we live in; be it, as gentle waves from raindrops meeting the calm surface of a lake, a full moon enlightening a dark night’s sky, or even occurring in our very own eyes and the cycle of life.

Circles convey calmness and harmony, and sometimes, an uncanny sense of the unknown – all of which I aim to capture, transfer and transform in my work.
